Made from grape musts sourced exclusively from the following grape varieties:

Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana, and Montuni, and then aged in wooden barrels. The rich and specific process of transforming the must into vinegar produces a high-quality condiment capable of enhancing both hot and cold dishes.
